Ingredients
1 Cup Rawa ( semolina )
2 Cups Ghee
3 Cups Sugar
4 Cups Water
Elaichi powder
Almond slivers, raisins and pistachios chopped.
Method
1. Take 2 cups of ghee and roast the rava till golden brown.
2. Add 4 cups of boiling water. Cover for 5 minutes
3. Add sugar and cook till sugar melts.
4. Add elaichi powder and nuts and serve hot.
