Ingredients
1 kg raw mangoes cut into pieces
1 packet Kapre Mango Pickle masala
1/2 cup jaggery powder
500 gms ground nut oil
Method
1. Heat groundnut oil and cool
2. Take a little oil and mix all the masala in it. Add jaggery.
3. Mix masala with the mangoes.
4. Pour the remaining oil and store in a glass bottle.
