Dry Kopra Chutney - Hema Style



Ingredients

2 cup Kopra
2 tbsp Dalia  (roasted gram)
10 to 12 groundnuts
5 to 6 sticks of Curry leaves
1/4 tsp strong Hing
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp oil
1 tsp til

Method

1. Take 1/2 tsp oil and roast dalia and curry leaves till dry
2. Add Kopra, groundnuts and til
3. Cool
4. Add chilli powder, salt and sugar
5. At  room temperature grind in a mixer
6. Enjoy with Idli, Upma.
