2 kg Kashmiri Mirchi
1 kg Bedgi Mirchi
1 kg Teja Mirchi
1 Guntur Mirchi
Method
1. Dry the chillis in sun for two days.
2. Have the chillis ground at Kandap ( grinding mill)
