Shakar Paare


Ingredients

1 Cup sooji (semolina)
1 Cup pure ghee
1 Cup  Hot Milk
1 Cup Sugar
3 Cups of Maida
Oil for frying.


Method

Soak Sooji, Sugar, Ghee in Hot Milk overnight.
Next morning add Maida to the mixture and form a firm dough and rest of 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into a chapati and cut shakar paare.
Fry them in Oil. Cool and Store them in a dry box.
