Ingredients
1 bunch tender Palak ( Spinach ) leaves
4 no. Green Chillies
2 Cups Wheat Flour
Salt to taste
1 pinch of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk
Oil for frying and 1 tspn for the dough
Method
1. In a pot put the spinach leaves, a little water, pinch of salt , pinch of sugar and milk for a minute.
2. Take the leaves out using a colander and freshen with cold water.
Churn along with the green chillies in a mixer grinder.
3. Add the spinach mixture to the wheat flour. Add salt and knead the dough with water to a firm consistency.
4. Rest for 10 - 15 minutes.
5. Reknead the dough with 1 tspn of oil.
6. Roll puris and fry.
You can also make parathas with this dough,
